Selecting your entertainment is a critical choice when planning your special day. Whether you decide to use a band, DJ, or other form of entertainment, it is important to understand what each will offer to you, and how involved they will be in making your day live up to all of your dreams and expectations.
When it comes to weddings, our role is so much more than playing music. Below are a list of some of the services that we offer leading up to, and on your special day:
Meet YOUR DJ
Prior to signing a contract, you will be provided with the opportunity to meet with the individual who will be performing at your wedding. This will ensure that you are fully comfortable with the DJ's personality and skill level before any commitments are made. We will review with you in detail the services that we provide, determine just how interactive you want us to be, and provide you with some forms to help you select the formalities and music that you want to include in your reception.
Pre-Wedding Consultation
Approximately 1 month prior to your big day, you will again meet with your DJ to fully plan out the evening. We will carefully review your introductions, formalities, and music selections with you. Our goal is to be fully prepared ahead of time to relieve as much stress as possible from you and your family as your date rapidly approaches.
The Big Day!
We will come fully prepared to work with your banquet facility to ensure that your day runs smoothly and leave you to enjoy your reception! Again, beyond entertaining your friends and family, we will work hard to coordinate your reception and allow you to enjoy your day!
Ceremony?
Will your ceremony be held at the reception hall? If so, we also have experience providing appropriate music and sound reinforcement for your actual ceremony! Contact us for details.
